MenMayo Gyudon
(Beef-Topped Rice Bowl)

IngredientsFor 2 Servings

  • Chopped Beef…300g
  • Onion… 1/4 cut(small-sized onion)
  • Paprika…proper amount
  • Green Onion…dash
  • Lettuce…proper amount
  • Rice…2 (300g= 2 bowls of rice)
  • Soy Sauce…1 tablespoon
  • Mentai Mayonnaise…48g(4 tablespoons)

How to Cook

  • 1

    Cut the onion & the paprika into wedges. Also cut the green onion into small pieces. Water-wash the lettuce and then remove the water well from the lettuce. Cut the lettuce into bite-size.

  • 2

    Put the chopped beef, the onion, Mentai Mayonnaise and the soy sause into a plastic bag and knead the bag to mix them well. Then, leave the bag for 5 minutes.

  • 3

    Heat the fry pan. Add cooking oil (proper amount). Put the ingredients of the bag into the pan. Also add the paprika into the pan. Fry them well.

  • 4

    Serve the hot rice into a bowl. Spread the lettuce and put it on the rice. Then, serve the fried ingredients onto the rice. Put MenMayo in a grid-shape as topping and also put some pieces of green onion over the dish. Enjoy this dish!

  • Atlantic Salmon (for sashimi)…100g
  • Kanikama (Imitation Crab Meat Stick)…40g
  • Avocado…100g(1 pcs)
  • Rice…2 Bowls(300g)
  • Back Pepper… proper amount
  • Lemon…20g
  • White Soup Stock… 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander…proper amount
  • Mentai Mayonnaise…60g(4 tablespoons)

How to Cook

  • 1

    Dice the avocado and the salmon into small pieces of the same size. Mix them with kanikama, and add the white soup stock to them. Also add Mentai Mayonnaise to them. Mix them all well.

  • 2

    Serve the hot rice in the bowl and put the above mixture (1) on the rice.

    Decorate the dish with a 1/8 cut lemon. Put fine pieces of coriander and black pepper over the dish. Enjoy this delicious dish!

  • 4

    Squeeze the lemon over the dish before you eat.

Veggie-Rich Sandwich of Mentai Potato Salad & Chicken Tenderloin

  • Pita Bread…2 pcs.
  • Lettuce…proper amount
  • Potato…150g
  • Paprika(red・yellow)…proper amount
  • Broccoli…60g
  • Chicken Tenderloin…50g
  • Sake… 1 Tablespoon
  • Salt / Pepper…proper amount each
  • Lemon…proper amount (4 thin slices)
  • Shredded Cheese…20g
  • Mentai Mayonnaise…60g (4 Tablespoons)

How to Cook

    Boil the broccoli in hot water with dash salt. Then, cut the boiled broccoli into small pieces. Water-wash the lettuce & the paprika, and then cut them into bite-size.

    Put some sake over the chicken tenderloin. Gently cover the dish with a plastic wrap and microwave the dish for 1 or 2 min. Then, tear the tenderloin into small pieces after it gets cool.

  • 3

    Boil the potato, and mash the potato. Add the broccoli to the mashed potato and mix them well together with some salt and pepper. Then, add Mentai Mayonnaise to make them into potato salad.

  • 4

    Put Mentain Mayonnaise inside the pita bread. Then, put into the inside of the bread the lettuce, the paprika, the tenderloin, the potato salad, thin slices of the lemon and the shredded cheese. Enjoy this sandwich.

MenMayo-Gratinated Bread with Corned Beef & Soft-Boiled Egg:

  • Bread… 1 slice
  • Egg…1 pcs
  • Corned Beef…20g
  • Shredded Cheese…10g
  • Parsley…proper amount
  • Mentai Mayonnaise…20g(1 & 2/3 tablespoons)

How to Cook

  • 1

    Make a large dent around the center of the bread with a spoon or something. Squeeze the tube and put a line of Mentai Mayonnaise along the crust frame of the bread.

    Put proper amount of the corned beef inside the Mentai Mayonnaise Line. Break the egg into the center of the bread. Put lot of shredded cheese on the egg and all over the bread.

    Bake the bread for 8 min. at 180℃ in your oven (or 10 min. at 600w in your toaster).

    Cut the parsley into small pieces. Put them on the baked toast. Enjoy this deliciously cooked bread.
